At Kings Jewelers we strive for customer satisfaction and the best shopping experience. As per our store policy, we do not accept returns but we can exchange items that are stock and not custom-made.
There are no returns/exchanges on Kings Jewelers' customized items. Once any of our custom pieces goes into production, there can be no cancellations.

Shipping Policy:
Each Kings Jewelers creation is hand-made when ordered. Please allow between 7 days to 21 business days on top of shipping for your custom piece of jewelry to arrive. Most orders are ready to ship within 2-3 days of order, but some require additional time in production.
Exchange Policy
We don't offer direct exchanges through the site. We will do our best to resolve any issues.
